Toolkit
The BOLSTER Toolkit presents governance models, policy recommendations, and practical guidelines to foster a just transition. The practical tools offered here have been tested during the BOLSTER project. The policy recommendations and guidelines were developed through our research and extensive discussions with local community members and stakeholders in the target and study regions.
We hope these tools, along with the policy and governance guidelines, will be useful for public authorities, civic organizations, industries, and researchers.

Photovoices for an inclusive transition
This Tool informs about the Photovoice method, an approach for engaging marginalised communities in field research through photo-taking and sharing as a means of expression and a basis for discussion on specific topics. This tool offers a practical guide for the application of the photovoice approach. It is grounded in the concepts and participatory principles applied in the BOLSTER project.
BOLSTER Tool JT competence framework
This Tool should serves anyone who wants to deliver community facilitation in transition region, aims at community leaders but who should start with building own competence and competence of its community to do so. It explains the concepts and offers better understanding of competences needed for JT. It is developed by Culture Goes Europe e.V based on their work with local communities.
